Warranty / Disclaimer

DoorCraft ensured that all products delivered from our website should be free from all defects in material for one year from the purchasing date.

Note: Broken glass doesn’t fall in this category.

1. Product Aging: Natural elements’ exposure and frequent use may cause a product to age naturally, so it will not be defective.
2. Moisture & Rust: Please avoid direct exposure to water. Although our products are galvanized, they will not be covered under warranty.
3. Handmade Products: Minor variations are expected as our products are handcrafted, so they will not be defective.
4. Overhang Requirements: Proper overhang protection is used to prevent water damage and rust resulting from exposure to moisture, which is not covered under warranty.
5. Shipping and Delivery: Standard orders ship within 2-10 days. Custom orders may take 50-140 days, depending upon demand and supply chain factors.
6. Building Code Compliance: We do not guarantee that products comply with local building codes or regulations in any specific jurisdiction.
7. Limited Warranty: Our warranty excludes damage to glass, weather stripping, finish weathering, and any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation.

Custom Orders

1. Order Production: Depending on order specifications and availability, a custom order will take approximately 16–22 weeks to build.
2. Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start production. The balance is due upon shipment.
3. No returns on custom orders: Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be canceled or exchanged.
4. Shipping and Storage: For 60 days, we offer free storage for custom orders, but if it’s not collected within 120 days, we have the right to dispose of or sell the order.

Liability Limitation

Our warranty creates our maximum liability. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Indemnity

By using this site, you agree to indemnify and hold DoorCraft harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your violation of these terms and conditions.

Shipping and Delivery

1. LTL Truck Deliveries: Shipping charges depend upon location. If the customer misses delivery dates, then he will be responsible for any storage or redelivery fees.
2. Delivery Requirements: Ensure that there are sufficient personnel (3-4 people) to offload your product. Delivery will be curbside only.
3. Delivery Restrictions: in narrow streets, we cannot deliver, one-way conditions, or other restrictions. In such cases, customers must pick up the product from the carrier’s terminal.
